Clean hotel in a perfect location with windowless/lightless rooms
-Perfect location - Very clean - Kind staff
- We had two rooms. One was facing a building. It was not getting any natural light and was completely dark even at noon. Second room was PROBABLY facing outside. I say PROBABLY cuz window was covered with some sort of cover/film completely blocking the view. It was basically a room without any windows! It was HORRIBLE! I understand having the windows locked for safety but this was the first time windows were covered with a film turning the room into a windowless space. And mind you, this was my 6th trip to Tokyo in a year and 3rd hotel in Roppongi. You can see it yourself in the photos but it was sooooo unpleasant! - There is a toilet in the lobby and you know there is a one somewhere close the moment you enter the hotel. It was stinking.

More than satisfied!
We did not try the breakfast. The staff was super helpful and accommodative. The location of the hotel was pure gold.
There could have been a little bit softer beds and more soft pillows.

Gem of a place, careful on check ins and outs.
Excellent location, first time visitors. Clean. A bit strict about check in and check out. Indian hotels have spoilt us. But it was clean, and we did have a nice.night stay, 2 kids and us , shared a room. They even kept our luggage all day, while we went out.
They should be a little more flexible on early check inns. I beleive the reason not allowing early check inns is that other guests leave and the rooms are to be prepared, but by charging extra they give you the room early..... We had kids and we left the room at 10.45 am instead of 10 am , we were charged 1500 y.
