Clean hotel in a perfect location with windowless/lightless rooms
-Perfect location - Very clean - Kind staff
- We had two rooms. One was facing a building. It was not getting any natural light and was completely dark even at noon. Second room was PROBABLY facing outside. I say PROBABLY cuz window was covered with some sort of cover/film completely blocking the view. It was basically a room without any windows! It was HORRIBLE! I understand having the windows locked for safety but this was the first time windows were covered with a film turning the room into a windowless space. And mind you, this was my 6th trip to Tokyo in a year and 3rd hotel in Roppongi. You can see it yourself in the photos but it was sooooo unpleasant! - There is a toilet in the lobby and you know there is a one somewhere close the moment you enter the hotel. It was stinking.

Overall we enjoyed our excellent stay in this hotel on our first trip to Japan.
The room was very comfortable and spacious for our group of three. It had everything that we needed. Other facilities, like the restaurant, vending and ice machine were all located near our room.
The hallways outside guests' rooms could have been tidier. In the afternoons bags of garbage can be seen collecting in the hallways and unattended to.

Value for money is good despite the small size of the room. The staff was excellent as one would expect from the Japanes
2 mins away from Roponggi St and combini! So convenient!
